Mississippi River Fishing Report May 2024

The River has been fishing quite well this past month of May 2024. Lots of great smallmouth bass have hit the net on our drift boat float trips. Top water bite is continuing to heat up and produce some of the bigger fish we have seen. Water temps on the rise with warmer weather we are seeing some fish post spawn. This summer looks to be like a great fishing season!

Walk and wade trips in the city have been great for carp, walleye, and even some other cool fish in the area like freshwater drum! If you haven’t explored the waterways within the Minneapolis city limits, we highly advise you checkout whats in our backyard!
